Please read all terms before contacting us.
Communication and Contact• Orders should be made through either my Discord (c_zar_magn0) or direct message through any of my social medias at the bottom of the home page.• Please be polite and patient during the process. Persistent messages may result in the cancellation of the commission.• If I take a while to respond, it may be due to a waiting list or personal reasons. I always let you know if there will be a delay.

Payment• Payment must always be made after the first sketch revision and buyer approval for 100% of the value. No 50/50 splits.• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the order. Check the base price here.• I will only accept payments through Pix, Paypal and Ko-fi.

Deadlines and Waiting List• The average delivery time varies from a few days to 1 week, depending on the complexity and my schedule.• If there is a waiting list, I will inform the client before confirmation.• Short deadlines (urgent artwork) have an additional fee.

Revisions and Changes• I will always send step-by-step updates, continuing only after buyer approval.• The client can request up to 2 free minor revisions during the process.• Major changes after the line art will incur an additional cost.• Changes after the final artwork will only be made in cases of my error. Otherwise, the final artwork will remain the same.

Refunds and Cancellations• If I cancel a commission for any reason, the client will receive a full refund.• If the client cancels after the first sketch, they may receive a 60% refund.• No refunds will be made after the start of the render.

Copyright and Usage• The artwork is for personal use unless the client pays for a commercial license (150% fee).• The client may not:
– Resell, reproduce, or use commercially without permission.
– Remove my signature.
– Recolor, edit, or repost without credit.• Under the Berne Convention, I retain all intellectual property rights and full ownership of my artwork even after the commission is completed. By purchasing my work, you are acquiring a Personal Use License only. Any commercial use, reselling, or advertising without the explicit payment of the commercial fee is a violation of international copyright law and will be met with a DMCA takedown or legal action.• I retain the rights to the artwork and may use it for portfolio or promotional purposes (unless the client requests privacy).

Feedback and Advertising• Feedback is always welcome and encouraged whenever possible, whether privately or publicly.• I accept simple advertising or comments of my art, as long as it is clearly credited with my name and/or username.
